We’ve all seen sooooo much content around productivity hacks.
Morning routines.
Biohacking.
Blah, blah, blah.
While I’m always aiming to make myself more productive, I feel pretty efficient and gloss over most productivity hacks these days.
But I recently read a newsletter that quite literally changed everything for me.
For the last year or so, I have been doing my best to construct a true 4-day work week.
Some weeks I would succeed, others I wouldn’t. I had managed to get the majority of my Friday afternoons work-free but I wanted the WHOLE day. The goal is for Thursday night to feel like Friday night.
Four weeks ago, I finally got the last piece of the productivity-hacking puzzle that has made this happen.
The last 4 (soon-to-be 5!) Fridays have been truly work-free, even during some of my ‘busiest’ weeks workload-wise.
I almost didn’t share this for two reasons:
